Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeon
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ayhan Işık Erdal is a plastic surgeon with international experience and strong academic credentials in plastic, reconstructive, and aesthetic surgery.
Born in Ankara, Dr. Erdal graduated from Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine (English program) in 2013 as an Honor Student. He completed his plastic surgery residency at Gazi University in 2019.
He served as an International Clinical Observer at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York (2018) and as an International Visitor at Ghent University Hospital in Belgium (2023).
Dr. Erdal holds FEBOPRAS (Fellow of the European Board of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery) and FACS (Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, 2025 Chicago). He earned the title of Associate Professor in 2024.
With over 30 publications in peer-reviewed international journals and service as a reviewer for prestigious journals.
